On November 14, at the Stonewall Inn on Christopher Street, Ivanna Cocktail and Mike Salinari presented a benefit for CWOG, the Concerned Women of the Grove, and the organizations CWOG supports, Gilda’s Club New York City’s Gilda’s House and the Stony Brook Center for Breast Cancer Research, with entertainment by Ivanna, Panzi, and Miss Stonewall 2010 Patti Cake.
In attendance at this enjoyable event was a regular who’s who of CWOG and of Cherry Grove, including Annie Scarpa, Joann Tavis and Lois Pisani, Ceejay Rosen and Peg Ryan, Walter Kowalsky, Bobbie Scherffius and Victor Alfieri, Tony Bondi, Anthony Leone, Shirley Ritenour and Beth, Jeffrey Wallach, Mella Yodice, Sue Panzer and Angela, and, of course, Stonewall’s own Johnny Pool and Tree.
