| Epiphany & Special Guests Appear in Sunday Show at Cherry's |

Epiphany, Miss Fire Island 2006, who has been singing at Cherry's on alternate Monday nights this season, gave a special show on September 14, with the full moon just hours away, featuring several guests, including Porsche, Miss FI Entertainer of the Year 2003. Manny served as DJ.
Epiphany opened by lending her tangy voice to a song from "The Little Mermaid," expressing yearning to be "Part of your world," and caressingly voiced a desire for "Black Velvet (if you please)." She turned to "42nd Street" and "You're getting to be a habit with me," making it clear, in her comic approach, that the habit in question involved inhaling a white powdery substance. She shared a bittersweet story of love that could have been ("I'll give you stars and the moon") and rejoiced in an impassioned "At Last."
Heaven made a guest appearance to offer such zesty numbers as "Let's Raise the Roof," from Andrew Lippa's "The Wild Party," and Charo's "Cuchi Cuchi," and JoJo Gerard provided a torchy interlude ("When he wants a woman, I'll be there"). Epiphany and Heaven collaborated on a song ("'Cause I'm a woman, w-o-m-a-n"), after which Epiphany reveled in an Eartha Kitt gold-digger moment ("Champagne taste and beer bottle pocket").
What's even better than one diva? Two divas! Among the highlights of the show were Epiphany and Porsche duets "Love Shack" and "Total Eclipse of the Heart," which made for a terrific blending of voices. Epiphany closed, at Porsche's request, by looking at a relationship ending ("He walks away, the sun goes down").
