Charity called her Labor Day show at Cherry's "My Labor of Love" and a number of guests joined her in marking this early official ending of the season. Heaven served as DJ.

After Ooofaaa kicked off the show by saluting the diva of the hour with a song from "Sweet Charity" ("Sweet Charity, please belong to me"), Charity offered a paean to a performer's essentials-"my lipstick, mascara and rouge"-and suggestively invited, "Come on in my house." After an observation about roasting beneath the stage lights and likening sporting a wig to "wearing a wool hot," she declared, in Cole Porter's song, "(it's) Too Darn Hot." She expressed a desire for some loving and some "Stuff Like That There," found that "It's So Nice to Have a Man around the House," continued with "Balling the Jack," asked "(Why don't you) Do Right," and demanded "Come home, Bill Bailey." Elegant in black velvet and glittering with jewels, Charity indicted the man who "(leaves you to sing) The Blues in the Night" and made us think of Judy with "Rockaby Your Baby."

Gina Marie Versace, just selected the new Miss Bunkhouse, issued an invitation to "Call me when you're down." Madison Mansfield did Madonna ("Vogue," "Holiday"). As Queen of the Night, Renée Flaming began with a sizzling "Hölle Rache," from Mozart's "Zauberflöte," and segued into something that sounded Cirque de Soleil-esque. Jason Cozmo, as Liza, offered an energetic "Ring the Bells." And Heaven came to the stage from the DJ booth, twirling her "Umbrella-ella-ella."
